What’s new:

  1. I’m working a 3 day work week Jan to end of April - alternating (wed/thur/fri) every other week and (thur/fri/sat) every other week. From May to Dec I will go to (wed/thur/fri/sat) every other week and (wed/thur/fri) every other week. Thank you. :)

  2. My days off will always be SUNDAY, MONDAY, TUESDAY, so please DO NOT put yourself on my waitlist on those days. Thank you. :)

  3. If you just got over a flu bug or a cold, consider adding an 8 minute BEMER THERAPY SESSION to your treatment…it will help improve micro-circulation up to 30% and improve lymphatic drainage for up to 8-16 hours after session ($15.00 added to your massage treatment price)

  4. Current clients ONLY - If you can’t find the timeslot you’d like to book please add yourself on my WAIT LIST (found at the bottom of the booking list) - when more than one person is on my waitlist on a specific day, and a client cancels or move their appt, I always contact the first person on my waitlist first.

  5. Any potential new client who wants to go on my wait list MUST text me at 780-881-3194 for information or questions. Please always provide me with your first/last name. Thank you. :)

I recently graduated in February 2020 from the 2200-hour Registered Massage Therapy course at Alberta College of Massage Therapy here in Fort McMurray. I am also a Can Fit Pro Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with over 25 years of experience in this field of work. I have always enjoyed moving my muscles whether it’s been in personal health & wellness choices or in the majority of my career choices. And I have always had a passion for helping people improve their health and wellness through fitness because I understand that maintaining fitness throughout life, helps keep us strong, mobile and independent as we age. And now I’m excited to be able to combine my knowledge and experience in fitness with my newly acquired knowledge and skills in massage therapy. These combined skills and knowledge will allow me to continue to help people improve their health and wellness in a whole new way, whether it’s by providing a relaxation massage, therapeutic treatment options, or providing fitness-related home-care as needed. I’m excited that my new career choice will continue to help me maintain my own health and wellness as I help others maintain theirs. I also look forward to continuing to learn in this new field of work, so that I can offer new treatment modalities to my clients in the future.
